Nasi lemak with ayam rendang is one of my favourite meal. This meal consist of a scop of nasi lemak, a piece of ayam rendang, sambal and a little bit of side dishes (anchovies and cucumber). If you like something spicy you may wanna try this.

Here is a recipe on how to make nasi lemak ayam rendang

Blend ingredients 
5 cloves garlic
5 shallots
2 big onions 
1"ginger
1"lengkuas(blue ginger)
2 lemongrass(cut small pieces)
1"fresh turmeric

2tbsp chili paste
1 asam keping 
150ml thick coconut milk
200 ml water
1 turmeric leaf
5tbsp cooking oil
